This CELTA course starts on Monday the 24. September 2018
Each CELTA course runs for 4 weeks from Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 7:30pm. There are a total of 140 contact hours in each course (i.e. time spent in the classroom learning, engaging in teaching practice, or participating in teaching activities). Teaching Practice with real students is from 4.30pm to 6.30pm each weeknight, with each candidate teaching for a total of 6 hours.
CELTA course US$ 2,234* for 4 weeks includes:
- 4 weeks CELTA course includes all course material, registration fees, additional materials and photocopying/printing, Cambridge fees, certificate and qualification, and pre/post-course teaching resources
- We do arrange Taxi pick-up and drop-off service from Baltra Airports cost US$ 20

- 6 weeks accommodation
includes private room in shared accommodation with kitchen facilities
- 6 weeks Accommodation Hotel with breakfast

The municipal authorities in the Galápagos are particularly keen to help with this project as they see it as a win-win situation for both the volunteer teachers and the native population. It is a chance to spend time in this precious environment, as much more than a tourist, and do something truly rewarding and memorable.
Courses can fill-up so please book early to avoid disappointment. Payment can be made through: Bank transfers, Electronic check, PayPal.
The full course fee is payable to ensure your reservation on the CELTA course for your selected dates. Please contact us if you need to make separate payments in installments. If you notify the centre within 30 days of the start-date of the course that you will not be able to attend, a refund will be provided minus an 8% administrative fee. Refunds will only be given within 30 days of the course start date if the centre is able to fill the space with another candidate (we will try our best!).
